Empowering those in leadership positions to focus on what's important and what matters to you and your school whilst, addressing the requirements of rigorous quality assured teaching and learning.

LEARNING OUTCOME

This course aims to achieve the following learning outcomes:

  • Describe how a school vision informs everyday actions to improve a school.
  • Formulate your own school vision.
  • Describe how to involve others in developing and implementing a vision that makes a difference to students.

There is a short assessment at the end of the learning module as a summative assessment to verify that learning has been transferred.
