What is Singapore Maths Competition (SMC)?
The SMC is mapped to the latest Singapore Primary and Lower Secondary Maths syllabus. This competition is designed to challenge and improve students’ reasoning, problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

What is Singapore Science Competition (SSC)?
The SSC is rooted in Singapore’s primary science syllabus, it enables young learners to demonstrate their understanding and application of science concepts.

Duration: 1.5 hours
Grades: Primary 3 - 6
Syllabus: Singapore Primary Science Syllabus

Section A: Multiple Choice Questions (25 questions)

What awards will students receive for the Global Round?
- All students will be awarded a Gold / Silver / Bronze physical certificate for the global round.
- Global Champion: The top student of the competition will be awarded a trophy.
- Top Country Winners: Top winners from each participating country will be awarded a trophy.
- All remaining contestants will be awarded a medal.
When and where will the Global Round be held?
The global round will be held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia from 3 – 5 July.
